CSK Auto is a large, publicly traded retailer (NYSE: CAO) of aftermarket automotive products which operates over 1,000 stores and generates over $1 billion in annual revenue. ICON financed the purchase and installation of various signage in 350 stores over a 14 month period concurrent with CSK Auto’s nationwide expansion. The transaction afforded CSK Auto the flexibility to finance atypical equipment while deferring substantial growth expenses and relieving some of its cash flow requirements. At the expiration of the financing term, CSK Auto purchased the equipment.
